What a life, and it's just getting started. Beginning with a semester abroad in Tel Aviv back in 1994, I've come to truly appreciate the magnificence that is the world in which we're so fortunate to live. From the raging waterfalls of Dominica to the blue lakes of northern China, from the soft eyes of a sea lion pup in the Galapagos to the dove that just perched on the fence outside my window, there is something truly magical about this little blue ball we call home.

This site is a way for me to share with you the essence of what I sense going on around me. While I'm currently working on my PhD in Coastal Geography at The University of Hawai'i, I plan on continuing to pursue my passion of photography. So keep an eye out for more photos over time -- and remember that all purchases go towards my degree!
